LMU took the lead in the fifth inning with a solo home run by senior outfielder, Alex Johnson.

In the seventh inning, Fresno State scored three runs to take a 8-5 lead. UC Santa Barbara scored two runs in the eighth inning to cut the deficit to 8-7.
The Bulldogs’ offense was fueled by a home run by senior center fielder, Tyler Johnson, who hit a solo shot in the top of the third inning. Johnson’s home run was the first of three home runs hit by the Bulldogs in the game.
